This is the best blemish treatment I've used for my pimples. With the other products, my pimples turn more red and inflamed. The more gentler product I've tried takes a week or 2 to heal my blemish. This one works fast and doesn't irritate my pimples. This is perfect for my sensitive skin.

The only non-prescription blemish remover that works for me without drying out the skin! I love it! I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars only because it's so small and does not last very long.
